Gone are the Google forms, spreadsheets and notepads. As a participant it allows you to join tournaments, view and receive updates as well as create and manage your own teams.
Yes, TourneyMeister is free. If you or your team just participates in a tournament, then you do not need to subscribe to a plan. It is free for you. If you organize a tournament, a Free subscription plan is available by default. The Free subscription plan comes with limited features and functions but good enough to run a tournament.

Yes, absolutely. The Free subscription plan allows you to run at most 3 tournaments at the same time.
There are 2 roles in TourneyMeister. Player and Organizer.
When you sign up, you get assigned with the Player role automatically. This role allows you to register and participate in tournaments, as well as create and manage your teams.
The Organizer role is a step up. This role allows you to run and manage tournaments.
Really easy. The first option is to make a request by clicking the "Request Organizer Role" button on the main menu. TourneyMeister reviews your request and notifies you with the result within the day.
The second option is to upgrade to either Pro or Elite subscription plan by clicking the Upgrade button on your profile page. TourneyMeister reviews your request and informs you the actions needed to complete your request.
The status of the tournament tells what actions are available for the Player/Participant or Organizer.
Unlimited number of tournaments.
The Free subscription plan allows you to have at most 64 participants in a single tournament. You need to upgrade your subscription plan if you need a higher limit.
Yes you can send bulk messages to your participants. The message will be sent to their email address.
You will receive an email notification when someone made a request to register to your tournament.And when you approve or reject a request, an email notification will be sent to the participant's email address.

Really easy. On the Subscription section of your Profile page, click the Upgrade button and fill in the form. A subscription upgrade request will be created. Please allow at least a day to process the request. TourneyMeister will send instructions and updates to your email address.
In most sport tournaments, the competitition among participants is grouped according to categories, divisions or levels. Tournament group allows you to create several tournaments under the same event managed by a single organizer.
